We Were Impressed With Their Friendliness & Professionalism

Hello:We just purchased a 2019 CR-V from Great Lakes, and we feel that you should be made aware of our experience. Throughout the many months of our search, we had contact with several employees, including Ben Cedolia, Mat Porco, Sarah Gioventu, Elise Pucci and Meghan Brazil. Without exception, we were impressed with their friendliness and professionalism on every occasion.
However, we dealt mostly with Meghan and Elise and feel that their attentiveness, professionalism and empathy warrant special mention. They listened and, without hesitation, responded to every question and concern. We always felt that, no matter how busy they were, our queries were dealt with as if we were their only clients.
I guess the best way to express it is that we felt that we were family and that their sole focus was to look after us and help us reach our goal.
