You All Were So Obliging & Helpful

Good morning Kevin - first off I'd like to thank you for returning my call when inquiring about the Ridgeline vehicles advertised and the care we got when visiting Great Lakes Honda in Sault Ste Marie.


My daughter Rhonda had a lot of questions I would not have known to ask and we got answers. You all were so obliging and helpful. I'm glad I chose the Black Edition it has absolutely everything one could possibly want and you explained the changes from my Honda Touring model to this new edition which made everything easy for me to get on the highway home.


I followed Rhonda to the trading Post from there I was homeward bound on my own. I got into White River about 3:20 stopped at the Esso for gas and Subway salad and headed to Thunder Bay. I was home by 8:43 last evening which was really good. The programming for distance - is a great feature I never had. The change in driving the older Ridgeline to this new - there is no difference (except the fact that the Touring is much older)the change over was so comfortable. First thing this morning I went to the car wash to get all the highway sludge off it. I now have to programme the garage door opener feature in this new vehicle.


Sorry for this long drawn out version of a thank you -but we were very happy with how comfortable we were when at Great Lakes Honda and once again Thank you for that and the champagne and the Honda Generator which were both a nice surprise.
You can be sure we will be passing on Great Lakes Honda's great personalities and service.
